Assessments

During your examination a comprehensive assessment will be performed by our licensed practitioners. This assessment will include history taking followed by a physical exam. Later you will be informed about our findings and treatment plan. You will also be explained any risks involved and an informed consent is obtained before any treatment. In addition to above our competent team at Simply Align are trained in conducting functional capacity evaluations by using a digital system.
